Timeless Art by Merinda is excited to expand its presence from a working studio to incorporate a new gallery! Dreams are soon to be a reality. The journey so far has been exciting. There has been the fun time of planning followed by the reality of building, and we all know what that is like, it definitely, definitely, takes longer than you plan for or think it will. That said it is still exciting and a fun journey.

The new studio and gallery is being built on our Homestead property in the beautiful rural environment of Limestone, Tennessee. Some magnificent mountain views are to be seen and always in this part of the world the sky is ever changing; we have the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. As an artist this environment is inspirational. While we have some neighbors, some of those can be counted as cows. The studio and gallery is located on a working homestead run largely on solar power, our water comes from our well. We grow our own organic vegetables, raise our own chickens and eggs and come summer 2023 will be raising our own cows.

So far we have accomplished the building site being cleared, the foundation being laid and the shell of the building was brought in after being built offsite. The delivery and installation of the building was fascinating. Now comes “the us” part as my husband and I complete the internal finish out.
